Hellig Pjolter

The forgotten art of mixing brown liquor and selters – refined in this holiest of Pjolters! We use the Buffalo Trace Bourbon and our homemade rosemary syrup along with soda and orange zest to make this drink a favorite amongst the clergy.

Or at least we hope so…

Olavs Mule

Our take on the classic Moscow Mule. Our homemade chili and ginger syrup is mixed with Vikingfjord Vodka and lime and finally topped of with Three Cents Ginger Beer. A gingery cocktail that packs a punch. 

Negroni

This classic italian cocktail is all about balance!
One part Campari.
One part Hendrick’s Gin.
One part Cocchi Vermouth di Torino.
Garnished with an orange peel and savored in contemplation.

Irish Coffee

Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, brunsukker og Evergood kaffe. Toppes med ekte fløte ristet til tyktflytende krem. 

Amaretto Sour

En søt og forfriskende cocktail. Laget med italiensk mandellikør, en dæsj bourbon, fersk sitronjuice og vår egen hjemmelagde sirup.

Cuba Libre

Plantation Dark Rum, fersk lime juice og Coca Cola. Servert over is. En klassiker.

Made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Angustora Bitters, our homemade syrup and an orange zest. 

Paloma

One of our favorite mexican drinks is refreshing and light in taste. Our Paloma is made with Jose Cuervo Traditional Silver Tequila, grapefruit soda and a dash of our very own homemade rasberry syrup. 

Pink Pisco Sour

With Pisco El Gobernador, fresh limejuice and our homemade raspberry syrup, we have made our own take on this Peruvian classic. We really hope you like it! God knows we do…

Whiskey Sour

Allthough Whiskey Sour Day is celebrated August 25th, we see no reason why this classic cannot be served every day. 

We use Buffalo Trace Bourbon, our homemade syrup and fresh lemon juice to make our Whiskey Sour. You should try it. You really should.

Magnus Mule (alkoholfri)

We don’t know if Olavs son Magnus stole Mead from his fathers drinking horn back in the day, but we wanted to make sure all younglings or other practitioners of abstinence had a real alternative to water.

This alcoholic free mocktail consists of our homemade chili and ginger syrup mixed with lime and Three Cents Ginger Beer. It packs a punch, but it’s all taste!
